I am Tiffany Bernard,
Wellness + Fitness Coach.
My passion for wellness grew larger than I ever imagined during our global pandemic in 2020. Where everyone was unsure of where the world was moving towards & lifestyles were changing. Being a hairstylist & traveling educator I have always had a very hectic lifestyle non stop giving me no time to really pause. With a high demand position of servicing people in the beauty industry while being an unlicensed therapist in every hair session when I had time to pause it made me realize the importance of self care & mental health. We as humans forget to pour into our own selves. I've always been into fitness being a competitive cheerleader, & idolized women who are feminine and strong.
Along my fitness journey trainers always gave me bias opinions of the stigma of a woman building muscle would make them look masculine. When in fact I learned through body building it's the exact opposite. I am now a competitive bikini body builder in my 5th year. It has helped me learn so much about the body, the science behind nutrition, & what fitness does to your mental well being. Body Building saved my life, it has inspired me to love my body in every phase it is in, to live a healthier lifestyle for longevity, taught me discipline, & has brought me to so many individuals within the community.
I am a huge advocate for Mental Health & wellness through fitness. I am here to change peoples lives not just on the outside, but on the inside. Empowering women to accept and love being in their own skin. Thank you for choosing me, this is the first step to choosing you. I'm excited for your journey through fitness + wellness. There Is no right time to start but to just start now at any stage of your life.

Online training is self discipline. This is not a one size fits all type of program. It's a commited relationship we develop & learn your body together. It's accountability for investment in yourself because you want this change. The lifestyle & fitness journey is not easy but is worth it. If it was easy everyone would be doing it on a daily. It becomes muscle memory, a routine, & apart of your lifestyle. The key is patience & trusting the process.

Meal Planning + Grocery List Shopping + Supplements
Diet is the number 1 priority when it comes to your health. What you fuel your body with is how your body will respond. The science of nutrients is what transforms your body & not one single plan works for everyone. Macros ( fats, carbs, proteins) are a combination of nutrients that your body needs for energy, building muscle, and fat loss. Micro nutrients are vitamins and supplements that replenish your body with what you don't source from food you eat.
All Meal plans are custom to your body, goals, and body response.
Work Out Programming
Weight training promotes fat loss while gaining muscle. The more muscle you build the more fat decreases along with tightening the skin. You will be on a weekly program that will include weight training & cardio. The program will be detailed to target areas specific for your body.

Weekly Check ins
Weekly checks are as important as Nutrition + Training. This is where both of us will see your progress & whether your body is responding or not. Every 7 days you will check in with a full form of diet, work out plan, progress photos, weight and this is where I will analyze your physique weekly if there needs to be any changes. I can not help you progress if I don't know what you are doing, if you cheat for any reason it will need to be documented in this form as well. Anything I don't know will not help me get to your desired goal.
